The tandem press brake is used to make high-quality steel purlins and diverse profiles to meet the needs of construction customers. The investment is an important one for customers, as there are only a few similar tandem-type press brakes capable of producing 16-meter (53 feet) profiles in the Nordic countries. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559685&quot;:-20,&quot;335559737&quot;:-20,&quot;335559739&quot;:450}\"> The investment guarantees that we will be able to offer our customers cost-effective and high-quality profiles for years to come. &#8211; Tapio Videnoja, Ruukki<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">&#8221;The key to success in this project was that Ursviken understood our needs, which stems from our long partnership of over 20 years. Modernization makes the machine safer, improves the dimensional accuracy of the products and enhances the energy efficiency of the process. The upgraded machine uses significantly less electrical energy in relation to the number of profiles produced and thus the carbon footprint of the product decreases.
