We are happy to report that our customers have given us a NPS score of 22, which is a 3-point increase from 2021! Some of the most common terms our customers used to describe Ursviken and Ursviken products are <strong>reliable, quality and knowledge<\/strong>. Special thanks were received from customers who still have even 30+ year-old machines in daily use.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>&#8222;For more than 20 years I have being communicating with Ursviken and they give us the best support on spare parts and problem solving to make sure our machine is working with maximum capacity.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em>&#8222;Ursviken stands for quality and flexibility in their machines.
