We have an ongoing relationship with the service team, and they know our products in and out,\u201d says Kevin Cooley, Fabrication Manager at CNH Industrial. \u201cIt\u2019s easy to call service because they know the history of the machine and they have worked on it multiple times. It\u2019s truly a working partnership and that\u2019s the key for us. We have had these machines for over 15 years, and I know every day I\u2019m going to be able to go in and my guys will be able to count on that machine running,\u201d says Mr. Cooley.<\/p>\n<p>The facility in Grand Island focuses its production on agricultural vehicle and combine parts.
